Refund & Return Policy

At TL Hat Haus, we stand behind the quality of our work and products. Please review the policy below before making a purchase.


Return Window

We offer a 15-day return window from the date your order is delivered.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required

To start a return, email tlhathaus@yahoo.com with your order number and reason for return.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the error is on our end.


Custom Hats (Final Sale)

All custom-shaped, branded, or modified hats are considered final sale and are not eligible for returns or refunds.

This includes:

  • Hats that have been shaped

  • Custom ribbon work

  • Branding or any form of customization


Order Errors

If we made an error (wrong item or defect):

  • We will cover return shipping

  • A replacement or refund will be provided

If the customer made an error (wrong size, changed mind, etc.):

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping

  • A restocking fee may apply

  • Only open crown hats are eligible for return


Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

  • Clear photos of the item

  • Photos of the packaging

Failure to provide proof within this timeframe may result in the claim being denied.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Custom hats (shaped, branded, or altered)

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Items that have been worn, used, or modified after delivery


Sizing Responsibility

Sizing guidance is provided when possible, but customers are responsible for selecting the correct size at checkout.

If you are unsure, we recommend reaching out before placing your order.


Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Please allow up to 10 business days for processing

Right to Refuse Returns

TL Hat Haus reserves the right to deny any return if the item:

  • Shows signs of wear or use

  • Has been altered after delivery

  • Does not meet the return criteria listed above
